Rich was an amazing guy to work with! First home buying experience and he was always there to answer anything I needed. We were on a time crunch to find a house and he worked with us to find us a house in as little as a month! Any questions I had or advice I needed he was always there and very responsive, even if it wasn't during typical business hours. Still keeping in contact afterwards for any help I need! He's a great guy to work with.

I give Rich a 5. My husband and I were new to the house hunting/owning. We work full time and have a child so life is always crazy. Rich helped with getting all our needs put together. We were in contact almost daily with different houses to go see. He was there to help look at the house with us and point out things we did not see! We only looked for about 2 months, seeing 7 homes and finally having our offer accepted. We got an even better house that we were expecting all because Rich just knew us, knew the kind of people we were and what we couldn't express he sure could read it!

Rich has been so patient with our home finding process. He showed us many houses and yet we didn’t feel like it was the one. He told us from the start that the right one will come along and that he is with us to the finish line and he truly kept that promise. Once we finally found our forever home, He answered all of our questions and came to all of our home buying processes to ensure that everything went smoothly. My wife and I decided to work with Rich because of his initial display of patience and his advice to choose a location and wait for the right house to show up. Over the course of a year of looking and not knowing what the market was going to do, his patience and willingness persisted as he jumped at the opportunity to show us homes all over the fox valley and it’s outskirts whenever we saw something of interest. With his experience as a realtor and as a landlord he has a great eye for finding what many buyers would likely overlook and educating his buyers on potential costs that accompany any given property. His advice was sound on every property, his patience was unwavering and generally speaking he’s just a fun guy to look at homes with. If/When my wife are in need of a realtor again we’ll definitely be giving Rich a call. Unless it’s around Christmas time, don’t want to have to feel like I have to buy my Realtor a Christmas gift. We’ll pick back up in February. ;)

Rich was my realtor when buying my first home in the Valley. He was always responsive, attentive to details and mindful with showings with my busy schedule. He was by far the best realtor I've been in contact with while being in the Valley. He made the experience of buying a home as stress-free as possible. He wasn't over-bearing like other realtors, he let you have privacy to talk about the house with your partner while viewing the home.

Additionally, he always gave insightful information about the area and the recently sold homes in the area. Extremely knowledgeable in his field, use him when looking for a realtor in the Valley.

Mr Rich Churchill, with Expert Reality went beyond what other agents typically do in responding to my home search. He sent more than just listings but land surveys and details that were not on web searches I could find independently. He willingly drove long distances for showings.
