Part therapist, part FBI negotiator, and 110% a fantastic realtor and person, Diane Lucas helped us secure our first house in just 3 weekends. Communication was excellent, availability was excellent, and she treated us like family. Throughout the entire process we felt as though we were Diane’s only clients.

At no point did we feel rushed or under pressure from Diane and her team. She help educate us, walk us through decisions, and had our back the entire way. Her and her team communicated well with our Lender which made the home-buying process easier for us.

There were a couple times Diane was not available to show us a house, so other members of the Integrity Homeselling Team met us to show us houses. Everyone we worked with at Integrity Homeselling was patient, knowledgeable, on-time, and friendly.

What to say about Kristy? Well, I guess that's what you're here to find out! Kristy represented us when we bought our latest home, and I can honestly say we would not have our dream home were it not for her.

Her work ethic is second only to her incredible intuition for the business. She just seems to know exactly what to do and exactly when to do it. She positioned us in the best possible light, in a scenario where we were kinda resigned to the fact, 'If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out. There will probably be better offers, but this is our best.' Kristy took it, ran with it, and got us all the way to the finish line.

She was never pushy, but always helpfully firm; she was never a 'sugar-coater' but would never talk down to us; never once did we feel that she wasn't 100% putting our needs first.

We worked with Kristy Lucas for several months as we sold our condo in Kent, and purchased a house in Tacoma. She is kind, responsive, and very easy to work with.
Our condo sale was difficult. We had a special assessment on the property, and building upgrades (construction) to the entire complex during the sale. Kristy's intimate knowledge of the local real estate market was incredibly important in helping us to sell our condo for the best price under these challenging conditions.
After the sale of our condo, we were finally ready to buy a house. Again, we had some challenges ahead of us. How could we find a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in South King or Pierce County, that wasn't a MAJOR fixer-upper, for under $320,000? We searched for many weeks, both online and in person.
Kristy never pressured us or made us feel like we were wasting her time.
Once we finally found the right house, Kristy's market knowledge and negotiating skills literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars!

Earlier this year, Diane and the Integrity Homeselling Team, assisted me with the sale of a home. Between this being part of an estate, and all of the restrictions due to COVID, I was prepared for a long and exhausting process. Diane stepped right in and handled everything! I still am in disbelief in how smooth the entire process was.

I am not local to the King county area, and Diane help facilitate everything from cleaning, inspections, and contracting updates. I can't even explain how amazing this was for myself and my family. I'm a full time student, and stay at home mom, taking care of my family in California and managing two other properties while my husband was overseas. I was overworked when I got the news that we had just barely over 30 days to pack up and move our family to Washington. Kristy helped us look for a home while we were living in California. We worked with her during a week's visit to the Seattle area. She had gone through the expectations of what we were interested in a home and had many homes for us to look at in the Puget Sound area. Aaron was incredible to work with! It was our first time buying a home and he walked us through each step, making sure that we understood everything thoroughly. He was very patient when we looked at a property and encouraged us to keep looking until we found exactly what we wanted. He was very flexible around our schedules and would get things done as soon as he could, he was very prompt. He truly had our best interest in mind and we found comfort and safety knowing that he was helping us and that if anything came up, we would know about it right away. He did a great job with communicating and making sure we were up to date with everything and making sure we knew what to expect for each step.
