Wow! What can be said for a man with such skill and integrity as Rich Mickey. We had talked with other realtors but Rich was the one which did what he said he could do. We had some loss in years past which made us look like bad risks as far as creditors go. But the Lord guided me to fill out one more contact information page in Deese reality. Rich contacted my husband the next day. We just wanted to look at a house we thought we could afford. Rich let us look, did wonderful leg work for checking out some issues the house had, turned out that property didn't work for us but just a matter of days and there was another property to look at, it was the one we needed, which fit our budget. Rich and his team found everything we needed to make an offer, Rich worked very well with the sellers realtor so everything went together smoothly. Rich gave us so much help in Leanders, contractors if we would need it, inspectors, we didn'thave to fumble around searching for qualified people...he has a wealth of knowledge of so many companies, which one may need in and around buying a home, he really does work very hard for his customers. We consider Rich and his business practices un-toppable. Other realtors could learn a great deal from this upstanding man. He is honorable and someone who can be trusted. A combination of traits difficult to find today, and he surrounds himself with others who can be trusted. I am so thankful to God for placing such a great man of strong moral fiber in our lives. A blessing to work with. I will miss his texts. God's blessings to Rich and the entire team in this New Year! You can not find a better realtor nor finer people.
