My husband & I starting looking for a new home in November of 2022, while ALSO trying to sell our home at the same time.

Looking for a home with our needs wasn't easy for us. Rich took his time understanding what we were looking for, and took us on many showings even within the day we sent him a property. Within a month, we found our home.

As for the selling of our home, it hit the market and was under contract in just FOUR days.
