Professional, caring, compassionate people throughout the entire process.

Richard Berman was recommended to us through the grapevine because my mother in law was dealing with a health crisis and independent living was no longer an option. Nearly 50 years of living in the same home we had numerous hurdles with possible repairs, clean up, and getting everything show ready. This process started in June for us, Richard signed on with us and helped us work through everything similar to how estates are handled. He clued in mom and the family, and gently explained everything every step of the way. With repairs done before listing, he explained the value. When in August we could finally list, we were overjoyed when it went under contract within 72 hours and less than 10 showings. Later when that buyer pulled out, Richard and his team strategically priced and marketed mom’s home again. In less than two weeks, again the house went under contract. Our buyer was an FHA loan recipient so that was….a lot to deal with as far as the conditions that needed met for their loan. Richard explained the hoops we jumped through and countered with the buyers agent to get a good compromise worked out to get these people into a home and get mom settled. At last minute, due to FHA loan requirements we had to paint the house for the buyer. Richard was on it! And got us a capable and fast painter. Painting passed for re-inspection. Richard countered a faster close because we were more than accommodating for the buyer. Richard and his team care, they update you at least weekly if not daily. Everything is streamlined from seeing the traffic activity, allowing showings, where you are in escrow. If you’re the adult child of a senior in a similar situation, I cannot recommend a single realtor more than Richard. Richard sand his team are who you want walking with you.

Where do I begin? My husband and I were looking at cities to eventually move to. We met with agents in the various cities. This was 2019. In the fall of 2019 we went to Reno. I met with Richard. He was great! Very understanding of our needs. We drove around looked at properties, he set me up to receive daily emails. Over the next 2 years we would talk via text about the properties that would come up in my emails. Finally in Fall 2021 we made another trip to Reno. This time to seriously look at properties.
