Rich is the consummate professional and went above and beyond for me and my sisters in the sale of our mom's condo. He was willing to help us out in all situations to make sure that the process went smoothly. One of the most impressive things is his responsiveness. When we asked Rich how we would be able to get in touch with him he said "My cell phone; and I will always pick up or get back to you quickly". He DID! It was such a relief knowing that he was there, helping us get through this difficult time. I would recommend him highly.

Richard was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. He made me feel like a friend so I felt very comfortable working with him. Even the tenant in the house I was selling commented that she really liked him. He knew the basics very well but also had insights as to the behavior of the prospective buyers: which ones were serious and which were playing a game. His responsiveness was amazing. He was always quickly available by phone or text. It was like having a real estate broker in my pocket. I would definitely use his services again.
