We’ve bought 2 homes and sold 1, all with different realtors. Rick is by far the hardest working realtor we’ve worked with. Our last purchase took a long time due to it being a short sale and Rick was there every step of the way, pushing the sellers agent for responses when needed and helping settle any issues that arose. I don’t think I could list or buy with anyone else knowing how well he knows about the industry and houses in general. Very highly recommended.
