They don’t push me, they guide me! This is very important as the more money that my investment makes, the more business I can give the Connelly Team. Richard has built homes for investment so I do believe he understands the principles of buy and hold for passive income.

Richard Connelly sold our 2 acre residential building lot. He was always available to update us on the process. He advertised our property in multiple magazines, even doing full page glossy ads, not once. but many times. He is very knowledgeable and helped us with zoning and wetlands regulations. His efforts brought us multiple offers with few contingencies! Call Richard, you will be so happy you did!

I've been working with Richard & Susan to sell and buy investment properties, multiple family properties. They have been a total pleasure to work with over the course of several years. They rent my properties quickly and to excellent tenants. I can't say enough good things about this couple and they have a great team to back them up if they aren't available at short notice. Inventory moves very quickly you need to see that property right away. They will respond 24/7! I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy, sell or rent!

Richard, Susan and team did an amazing job for us. We had a 10 acre equestrian property, passive solar custom built large home with a Morton barn and 80x120 Amish built indoor riding arena. They started with amazing photography of our home and property. The aerial photos were beautiful. Our property was featured in many different magazines, even full page color glossy ads. Featured in different magazines, real estate and foodie magazines. Our property was given the highest exposure and priority. We had built a beautiful property and in selling it built a beautiful relationship with the Connelly's. Rich helped me sell 64 Old Riverhead Rd Westhampton Beach a commercial property. I first listed with a terrible agency and got out of the contract to list with Richard. He did everything right including putting my property on the proper platforms, such as LoopNet. I sold and Richard was great. He even had plumbers and electricians shown up immediately to remedy small issues which may have held up a quick closing. His efforts and his team are unlike anybody else.
