We worked with Richard Crafts to sell our home and couldn't have been more happy. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He had an amazing photographer come in and not only take photos of the house but also do a 3d walk through and online 3d dollhouse image of our home at no cost to us. Within 3 days we had multiple offers above asking and were informed on which offer was the best and why. Throughout the process Richard was by our side and keeping us informed on everything that was going on with inspections and the buyers. Richard also had contacts for us to use for repairs and estimates for items requested by the buyers. I would strongly recommend Richard as must use Real Estate Agent.
