Richard Crighton

Since March of 2003, Richard Crighton, along with business partners Ryan Crighton and Chris Brown, have been at the forefront of the Las Vegas Real Estate Community with sales as small as fifty thousand dollars to individual transactions above twenty million dollars. Richard and the team made a conscious decision to examine each aspect of the real estate world including standard residential home sales, short sales, foreclosure sales, commercial sales, commercial leasing, purchasing of notes from banks, zoning and entitlements, construction of shopping centers, office buildings, and subdividing land. This experience has given him and the team the unique position of knowledge from both the homeowner aspect and the bank's vantage point.
