My wife and I are huge fans of Richard. We started our search for an investment property in Sullivan County NY back in 2020. Richard was with us every step of the way - willing and available to answer every question we had, taking several afternoons to show us around and explain everything there was to know about the area, the process of buying and owning an investment property, other providers in the area to help with things like insurance, electrical work, property management etc. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He was a true partner in the process and genuinely wanted us to find exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately, we found a great property and couldn't be happier with our choice. Even though we closed on the sale months ago, Richard continues to help us out as we ready the property for rental. Great realtor, someone we consider a friend that we'd like to stay in contact with, and hope to use him once we make enough money off of this property to buy a second one! Highly recommend him.

Richard is an excellent realtor! As an investor I was looking for good deals upstate, which is not easy in the current market. Regardless he spent time listening to what I was looking for, and was then able to come up with a list that was pretty spot on. I ended up buying one of the houses I saw on the first day with him! Since then I’ve worked with Richard numerous times and still sometimes call on him for advice. Richard’s knowledge on the properties in general is invaluable particularly when coming from the City and not being familiar with some of the nuances of upstate houses. He is also very informed on the neighborhoods, he has his finger on the pulse with regard to what is coming to each area, and is also well connected which proves to be very helpful when you’re new to the area. All this aside, Richard also happens to be a stellar guy which makes him a pleasure to work with. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell upstate
