Richard Evans II

Richard Evans is a lifelong resident of Wilson County, North Carolina, and a proud member of the local community. Having grown up in Wilson, he appreciates the town's perfect balance—close to both the mountains and the ocean, with enough amenities to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle while maintaining a strong "hometown" feel.

A graduate of Beddingfield High School in 1992, Richard spent over 29 years working in a family-owned metal fabrication business, where he developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. These qualities, combined with his commitment and efficiency, make him well-suited to assist clients with their real estate needs.

Outside of real estate, Richard enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and gardening, as well as spending time at the beach. He also has a passion for carpentry and welding. A member of Peach Church, Richard is married with two sons and prides himself on being a down-to-earth, “good ol’ country boy” who is ready to help clients find or sell their next home with care and dedication.
