Great experience with Rich. I don’t think there could have been a realtor as diligent and hard working as Rich was. Met us in the rain, snow, cold, no matter what he was there. He would meet us anytime any place and made the experience delightful. I would recommend him to any friends and family that were looking for a home to buy. He will now be a lifelong friend.

Richard is great at what he does. My wife and I used Richard to purchase our first home, sell our first home, and purchase our forever home. He went above and beyond each time. We looked for 6+ months for our new house and Richard sent out mail campaigns to every neighborhood we had interest in. When it came time to sell, he crushed the marketing and got us an incredible offer in 24 hours!

All that said, he’s also a great guy. No sales pressure whatsoever.

Highly recommend him to anyone in the market.

I have worked with Richard 3 times now and have been more than happy with his results each time. Richard did a fantastic job finding a first home for my fiancé and I. Being that we were both first time homebuyers, Richard took the time to explain the process every step of the way and kept us on top of things that we needed to do. We had a few specific areas in mind that we wanted to look in and Richard went above and beyond to find properties that fit our unique constraints. He was always available whenever we needed him and never hesitated to answer any questions we had. In the end, the home we settled on was one that was not even on our list. Richard had suggested we take a look at it even though we were skeptical of the property. We loved the home and it just went to show how well Richard knew us as clients and what he believed fit our needs and desires. We have now been in our home for 1 month and can't thank Richard enough. This was the first time I used Rich he was referred to me by really good friend of mine when we started looking for a rental property in the Baltimore area. We switched realtors in the middle of trying to sell our house, during a tough season. He took over and once back on the market, had a buyer within a little over a month. He held open houses, diligently tried to market the home, responded quickly, and gave us honest and helpful feedback. We moved out of the house to a different state, he went to our home to facilitate a piano move and repairs. Above and beyond our expectations. We were only disappointed when we found out at closing that we would not profit from the sale, so it was a surprise, but Richard waived an admin fee so we would not owe. We would still choose Richard again if we needed a realtor.
