Just like the tropical pink mollusk shell they are named after— “Conchs” are a rare breed. Besides a 10-year career with the US Navy, Rick has lived his entire life in the Keys.

Once his Navy days were complete, Rick moved back to Key West to help with his family’s thriving plumbing business. He also started his own successful pool company in 2003.

In 2012, an opportunity to take over management of Key West Vacation Rentals ignited Rick’s passion for local real estate. After partnering with a national vacation rental management company in 2017, Rick has turned his focus to buying and selling investment real estate.

With his extensive property management experience, Rick brings a trained, objective eye to every transaction.
