After 8 house purchases one would think this is easy stuff and anyone could get it done. BLUF: (bottom line up front) there is simply NO substitute for sage wisdom and seasoned experience! Rich Iarossi’s expert guidance and timely counsel keenly led us from “Coming Soon” and listing to “Sold” and final closing. His foresight and insight are without equal and his ability to calm the waters made this house transaction our very best!

I can’t express enough how much my wife and I have loved working with Rich Iarossi and Coldwell Realty. The short, Rich is truly the best Realtor we have ever worked with. He is punctual, knowledgeable, and on top of all actions of both the home buying and home selling portion. He regularly communicates and responds to all messages calls and communication. He helped us buy in October and move to closing quickly. He was at every inspection and appointment without fail. Offers were worked on by him for us as quickly as could be done and submitted same day. We got the dream house we wanted in a market that was so hot we thought it would not be possible. We used Rich and Coldwell again in December to sell our previous home. We had done extensive renovations and the home was priced well above the community. Though we thought it was going to be a tough sell, we got an offer December 2nd and closed by the 30th, way faster than anticipated. Could not be happier with Rich and the Colwell Realty Team, and definitely recommend them!

We have known Rich for over seven years. He helped us purchase our house in 2014 and sell it in 2021 when we moved. Rich is not only a great realtor but he became a great friend. He is honest and gives you candid advice which is something rare in today's world. He will look out for your best interest and will provide advice if asked. He is also a great resource if you need help fixing or upgrading your home. We are in the military and moved frequently and purchased several homes. Rich is the best and we trust him implicitly. You cannot go wrong with Rich as your buying or selling agent. Good luck!

Rich is a calm, relaxed presence with tons of experience in handling all types of questions and challenges that arise over the course of a transaction. Rich was an amazing realtor! We viewed sooo many houses because I couldn’t find the one. However, in the midst of my indecisiveness...He was very knowledgeable about homes, specifically homes in the areas of interest which was extremely helpful. Rich was always patient and responsive when I had a question, or wanted to view a home. Overall, Rich was an amazing person, who was extremely patient, kind. Although I was happy to find my home...I’m going to miss our weekly meet ups at homes.

I met Rich through Navy Federal's recommendation, and I have to say in short... It was the BEST recommendation I could have ever been given.

We had Richard as our buying agent in Maryland and I could not have asked for a better agent.

We were first time home buyers and obviously new to the whole process, and had lots of questions along the way. He answered every question we had, and treated us like family before during and even after the process.

He helped us close on what I could say was a very difficult home to get. We bought, as first time home buyers, with 0% down a fixer upper from a Auction house for less then the bank even bought it for. Through a nearly 3 month process Richard called emailed and organized everything to make what everyone was telling us was impossible, possible.

And through his hard work, promptness, and effective advice we successfully closed on that impossible to get home, and for nearly 30% (yes 30!) less then what they originally were asking for it.

Thank you Rich for being there for us and Helping Us get our dream house, we could not be happier!!!!
