Richard Jensen

Richard was born in Orange County, California where he lived for nearly 30 years. Richard graduated from the University of San Diego in 2001 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and English. After graduating Richard accepted a management training position with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and was promoted to the Long Beach regional vehicle repair supervisor position when he was 24 years old. However, Richard was passionate about real estate and when he was 23 years old, he purchased his first investment property, a fourplex near Cal State Fullerton. Richard quickly learned from hands-on experience how to manage rental properties and began creating wealth with real estate investments.

Richard and his wife got married in 2007, their first son was born in 2008, and by 2009 they decided to move to Northern Colorado. They have been extremely happy living in Fort Collins, CO. The inspiring mountains, outdoor recreation, sense of community, and friendly people they have met in Colorado are just a few reasons they are proud to call Colorado their home.
