I do not know where to start……Richard and his team were phenomenal every step in the process of selling our multi-family. They meet their goal of the date we would have an acceptable offer. As a seller, the key highlights were their honestly, communication, professionalism, always had our best interests in mind.

We sold a multi family that had too many obstacles to deal with and many last minutes issues, enough that my business partner and I were hopeless. Mind you that we had previous agent that could not deliver on this challenge. As we encountered each challenge, Richard already had a solution in mind and resources to keep us up float. I can’t express how much of help that was for us and it made the selling aspect that much smoother.

Homes Logic was a perfect fit for us. Rich was an excellent realtor. Working with him was like working with a real person and not some kind of realty robot. My wife and I are first time homebuyers and he gave us a lot of solid advice and walked us through the process. We actually got in touch with him about 6 months before we started seriously looking and he gave us great advice, then it was easy to get back in touch with him when we were ready to buy. The team is really familiar with the wider area and seemed to do great networking. We liked all of the referrals, especially the home inspector, Angel. It was easy to be honest with Rich about what we liked and didn't like about the properties. He had obviously done thorough research about each property we looked at, and would quickly find any info was asked for he didn't already have. He's easy to talk to and very knowledgable, and he answers questions in ways that are easy to follow. We ended up getting the beautiful house we live in now because he wrote a letter on our behalf, which ended up being the main reason our offer was accepted by the sellers. I felt he was personally invested in us getting the home we really wanted. He was also LGBT friendly and easy to talk to about our values and how they affected what kind of home felt most comfortable. We loved working with Rich and his teammates and have already recommended them to some of our closest friends.

Rich is amazing ! The home buying process is stressful and complicated especially when your buying for the first time and dont have the best credit going in. Rich worked with my family to help buy the first home my immigrant parents have owned in this country. After being business owners for years they finally retired and embarked in this process. With Rich's guidance they were able to land a decent fixer upper. He helped them even find a decent contractor when theirs didnt work out. He stuck with them, guided them through offering process and helped them understand and navigate papper work. He went above and beyond but that type of service is appreciated. Anyone looking to buy or rent I send to Rich. I got a steal on a rental apartment because Rich was quick to act and get me in the door for a showing. He's absolutely awesome with great work ethic. I highly reccomend.

Being a first time home owner it's very nerve wrecking and not knowing how the process goes makes it so much more difficult. But Richard made everything easy. He was always very responsive when we called him or send him messages. He made sure he answered all questions regarding the home buying process. He gave us his personal opinion and his professional opinion when we were looking at homes. Richard also made sure that he found exactly what we wanted. If I had to do this process all over again I wouldn't change Richard. Thanks to his motivation we found our home and it was only our 2nd house we looked at. Richard listens and makes sure he finds what is right and worth it.

This isn't just an obligatory review. Rich found my girlfriend and I our dream house and we didn't know it at the time. After a few days, it became clear that this was our house. Then, we ran into a few roadblocks and started to lose hope... Rich didn't though! He reminded us that this is our dream home, and he fought like heck to show us that it was always gonna happen. Let me start off by saying that my fiancé and I were first time home buyers. As you know this can be a very difficult experience. I must say that one of us was being very picky about where we were going to lay our heads for the next thirty years (I’m not pointing fingers, me!😂). Richard was amazing even after he showed us our dream house he still responded when I had questions about home owning 101. He is very knowledgeable in the history of the homes, he knows about what repairs would be needed as well as has info on how to go around fixing up a home. He has great ideas and is not pushy on a home. He makes you feel welcomed and gives you time to look around. He's always available and puts you first. He even helps in researches and talking to every party involved in the process. Hes good at pushing for things to be done and will never quit when things get difficult. During covid he was most informative and was able to help continue the processes and push for things to be done. He was definitely my right hand man and he goes above and beyond in what he does. He's also very family friendly and lgbt friendly. He will make you feel like family and will not quit until you find your dream home. I highly recommend him.
