Hi, I’m Richard—proud husband, father, veteran, and Texan. My journey has taken me from serving in the U.S. Air Force to building successful businesses, and now to pursuing my passion for real estate.
I began my professional career after attending Texas A&M and then serving in the U.S. Air Force. Following my service, I launched Home Theater Evolutions, a company that grew from a small operation to handling major projects for high-profile clients such as the Houston Rockets, NBA stars, and celebrities. After selling the business, my family and I moved to Colorado, where we opened Niky’s Mini Donuts, a thriving dessert shop. Eventually, we returned to Houston—because nothing beats living in Texas!
Real estate has always been a natural fit for me. Over the years, I’ve bought, sold, and managed properties as a real estate investor, and today I own several investment properties. This hands-on experience has given me unique insights into the market, whether it's buying, selling, or investing.
