Dick Martin is the President of ERA Cape Real Estate which has three offices cape wide. Dick is the #1 broker for "listings sold" in Yarmouth per MLS statistics and is consistently in the top 5 for all of Cape Cod. Dick has been selling real estate on Cape Cod for nearly 40 years and during that time has personally sold over 4000 properties! He has also been the recipient of numerous ERA National Franchise awards.

Dick has been very active in the Realtor organization. He served as President of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors for the year 2000. Dick was voted "Realtor of the Year" in 1999 by his fellow Realtors. He has served on countless committees at the Association, both locally and statewide. Dick & his wife Debbie, attend national conventions and state meetings to stay up to date on all Realtor information and technology and Deb serves visibly as company CEO.

Dick Martin has had a considerable impact on his community with both his Realtor work and his community service activities. He is or has been chairman of the Yarmouth Planning Board, the Land and Beach Acquisition Committees, the Commercial Design Review Committee, the Rte. 28 Task Force, and the Yarmouth Land Bank as well as a Trustee of the Yarmouth Conservation Trust and winner of the Paul E. Tsongas Environmental Recognition award in 2000.

Dick and Debbie live here in Yarmouth in Bass River. In his rare free time, Dick enjoys boating, fishing, the beach, skiing, and traveling.
