Richard Medlin

Richard Medlin was first licensed in 1975, in Washington, D . He then moved to Germany and lived in a small village between Frankfurt and Heidelberg. He returned to the United States and began working with a firm that dealt with sales and acquisitions of large hotel chains and worked with both domestic and foreign investors. A new business opportunity sent him back to Germany. There he worked on acquisitions and sales of former government properties from his office on Nevsky Pr., then Leningrad. Now living in the Florida Keys for the past 20 years, he is involved with the local nursing home, the Miami Children's Home, his church and his community. During his free time, Richard enjoys boating with family and friends, and enjoying the sunsets at home. Richard believes experience and integrity are his top traits that make him your next Realtor!
