Richard was great! He spent a great deal of time showing us different properties- even taking time on New Years day! We were both very appreciative for his time and his knowledge for the mountain market. Because we have only pockets of time- his ability to work with us via email or phone - whichever our preference- made for perfect communication. His ability to get answers to our questions or provide guidance on even small details (utility company names, local stores..etc) is what was such a value add. I felt like we had a family member helping us with finding the place of our mountain dreams. Great realtor and genuinely a very nice guy. Cathy H.

My father and I were in Boone for the weekend desperately trying to find somewhere for me to live. We met with Richard and immediately I knew we would find something special. He patiently went through the options with us and helped me understand what I would need and want in a house for the area. The second house he showed us, my dad and I just knew we had found the one. He was so helpful and informative through the house buying process. We were all the way in Mississippi and he took care of things here. The first day of owning the house, Richard came with me to make sure I could get in. He stuck around for an hour or more helping me set my thermostat among other things. I would recommend Richard to anyone in the area.
