When we began the search to buy our first home we had zero knowledge about the current market, home buying process and all the details that come with it. We got referred to Rich by a friend and he did not disappoint! After each showing Rich would take the time to answer all of our questions and educate us in anything we didn’t understand. Rich was always a phone call or text away and if he did not know the answer, he would find it for us. He gained our trust, was very patient, and always respected our boundaries. We can go on and on about how great of a job he did in helping us, but take our word for it.

We were referred to Rich by Realtor.com when we were interested in viewing a house. While we didn’t end up in that home, we found Rich to be responsive, personable, and easy to work with so we continued working with him in our home search. We’d had experiences before where we felt that a realtor’s delay in acting on paperwork cost us the win, and this was definitely not the case with Rich. We also really appreciated that we never felt pressured to view or place an offer on a home that wasn’t right for us, he was always very patient and understanding of our desire to hold out until the right fit came along.

During our search, we encountered a snag with a lender that we had previously worked with and Rich swooped in to save the day by connecting us with a lender who was able to get us pre-approved in record time. Once we found the right house, Rich helped us craft a competitive – but fair – offer that was attractive enough to beat out 40 others (some of which even offered more money)!

Rich always communicated in a timely fashion, coordinated multiple inspections and repairs on our behalf, and connected us with a contractor who was willing to start work immediately when everyone else we’d talked to had months long waiting lists. Our low-stress experience was entirely the result of working with Rich and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great full-service buyer’s agent!

At the very beginning he explained that he'd work with our timeline, even if it was years. We weren't in a rush, so that was comforting. He took the time to ensure we understood every step in the process. He never appeared to be rushing to another appointment. He suggested homes that fit our criteria, and worked with our schedule to go see them. The whole process was very smooth, he did a great job.

Let me just say we were very happy with the service we received from Micheal and his team. With the help of Micheal and Richard we were able sell and buy our beautiful pool home located in Whittier. The process was very smooth. Micheal put our Home in South Gate up for sale in July and in August he had a buyer with an offer of more than asking price. Micheal and Richard were very helpful to us Micheal was in-charge of selling our South Gate home and Richard in-charge of finding us our pool home in Whittier which was the main areas we had requested. I would give Rich 1000 stars if I could. He is an awesome realtor. We were super fortunate to have run into him when we had a scheduled viewing in Downey. We have worked with a few realtors and none of them took us seriously because of our young age. He was the only realtor who gave us a chance and took a couple hours with us to explain the entire home buying process. After this meeting we knew he was the one. He worked with our budget and was able to find us a home as soon as our apartment lease ended and before our baby was born (This all happened in 1 month). Not once did we feel pressured to buy a house that he showed us. His personality and work ethic was awesome. He always worked around our schedule to look at homes and to close escrow. We really felt bad since some days we could only meet after 6pm. He never said no and was always positive with everything. Despite Rich being a father to a young baby, he always answered texts and calls late at night. He was very accommodating and reasonable.

After we closed escrow, we actually found a big issue and Rich made all the necessary arrangements to get it fixed even though the deal was already closed. He did everything he could by contacting the seller to get it fixed and had phone calls with us to make sure it was corrected immediately. I estimated he spent at least 20 hours helping us with this issue. He is an awesome person!

We knew we were in good hands when we found Rich. Do not think twice. He will explain the entire buying process to the best of his abilities and you will feel Iike a pro after it’s all over. He will also recommend a lendor and other things amongst that. We highly recommend Rich as your next realtor, you will not regret it, he will listen to your home specifications and will try to meet those and find you a new home! Thank you for everything Rich!

Richard is a 5 star Real Estate Agent. His is what he says he is. He goes out of his way for his clients , to find them the best property of their choice ! He is there 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns about the escrow/ buying process. He will s honest and genuine and never hides information form for he buyer. He maintains a good Lender - buyer relationship by making sure that nothing is " hidden from the buyer".... I.e. fees etc. When escrow was opened, he was there answering all my questions and concerns....and when escrow closed he was Still available for me for anything I needed. I met Richard at an open house. We spoke briefly and he asked me what I was looking for in a house, either he has excellent memory or he took really good notes. All the listings he sent me met all my criteria including my price range. I felt my limited time was utilized correctly by focusing on the listings Richard would send me, he even provided exclusives which gave me the opportunity to have a bigger selection.
