I am relocating from California to Atlanta, Georgia and I wanted to have my new place before the 2025 New Year. I had to cancel my trip to GA when my 98 year old mom got sick. The two condos I had selected from my internet research would sell if I didn't act quickly. I found Richard via an internet search, called him and explained my predicament. When my mother-in-law could no longer live independently, we began the task of looking for an agent to sell her home.
