Where to begin? We were introduced to Richard by a mutual acquaintance who would not stop raving about how great he was with her and her family on their home buying journey. I am relocating from California to Atlanta, Georgia and I wanted to have my new place before the 2025 New Year. I had to cancel my trip to GA when my 98 year old mom got sick. When my mother-in-law could no longer live independently, we began the task of looking for an agent to sell her home. Our criteria were; a track record of sell homes in the area, strong work ethics and morals, and a good social media presence, being bi-lingual was a bonus. When we met with Richard, we knew he was the right fit. Richard guided us each step of the selling process. To prepare the home for sale he connected us with local workers who made repairs, cleaned carpets, pressure washed the exterior, etc. without breaking the bank. He even found us a charity to donate a lot of unneeded household items. Communication with Richard was a breeze, he kept us up to date on all details of the sale and was always quick to return a call. If you want to use email or text, no problem. If the phone call works best for you, he is happy to call. I was selling my father's house as the executor of his estate. Living out of town and trying to manage the sale of the house was a pretty stressful prospect. Richard was referred to us by a friend. From the first time I called him, he completely put me at ease. He started work on it immediately, connected me with every resource I needed to get the most out of the house, and responded to every question and concern I had along the way. Any time I texted or called he responded immediately. I know I wasn't his only client, but he sure made me feel like I was. I probably needed more hand-holding than most and he never let go. The house sold for a good bit more than I expected, just like Richard said it would. He knows his stuff! I can't recommend him highly enough!
