Richard was there when we desperately needed a new realtor to pull us out of a tough situation we’d found ourselves in. He was literally everything we needed in a realtor and more! He was able to fix our problem and helped us secure our dream home. I truly believe that Richard has his clients best interest at heart. This was made very clear to us early on in the process of getting to know Richard. I would trust him with all of my future home transactions and he will definitely be the first person we call when that time comes later in the future.
