We had a complex relocation into Savannah area. (We are an interracial couple prompted by prior review). Richard worked tirelessly for us for about a 9 month duration. By my estimate he is a wonderful, empathetic character. Extremely knowledgable, very well connected, and he homed in on our property , realizing what we needed better than we did. Professional, patient and I would strongly disagree with negative aspersions about racism.
