Rick and his team were awesome! We have bought and sold homes 14 times as my career has moved us around the country. Trust me, there are some agents and teams that we would not use again. However, if circumstances ever brought us back to the St. Louis area, we would certainly be giving Rick a call. We moved out before the deal was complete in order to start my new job in Austin. Rick was a live saver in terms of helping us deal with things like yard and pool maintenance and last-minute repairs that we couldn't easily do on our own from 850 miles away. Can't recommend Rick enough if you're selling a home in Illinois. From the initial consult all the way through closing, Rick was always prepared and provided thoughtful guidance with any question or issue that arose. Our situation in particular was more complicated than most, but we felt that all loose ends were wrapped up with minimal stress and we knew that we'd get a quick response from Rick for any input needed.

His initial presentation was detailed and clearly explained his marketing tools and comps he used to recommend a listing price (which was right on the money).
