Good day! My name is Richard van Zyl and I have resided and raised a family in Indian River County for 30 years. I originally came to Florida's Treasure Coast as a Treasure Diver and Boat Captain for Mel Fisher, the famous treasure hunter. I found my treasure in this beautiful Florida paradise that seems custom made by our creator for the avid outdoorsman - I love to fish, dive, kite board among other hobbies. Prior to diving and boating, I attended college for engineering and also studied architecture. This combination of love and knowledge of our community and all the amenities offered, with the keen eye for detail from my engineering background, and strong interest in home design make me the perfect agent to help you find YOUR TREASURE COAST paradise home, or find the perfect buyer for your Indian River/Brevard County castle.
