Rick’s unofficial real estate career began in the early 2000’s when he purchased his first investment property to “flip”. He quickly discovered he had a passion for architecture, design, and a knack for discovering and evaluating great properties and investments. This passion was reinforced a number of years later when he moved into and renovated a mid-century ranch style home and was a finalist on HGTV’s show Bang for Your Buck, Rick was hooked.

Soon after this move, Rick decided to turn his passion into a career and has never looked back. With his passion for the business, Rick has the experience, knowledge, and drive to deliver a world-class 5-star experience to each of his clients from first-time buyers to relocating corporate executives and everyone in between.
