Rick Barrelier was by far the best. He went over every square inch of the home and pointed out everything that needed to be addressed. Rick offers a project manager service that provides a team of expert contractors and handymen to handle all the details at very reasonable prices. Being that it was my mother’s property it was comforting to know that he was on top of all the work being done, and he provided pictures of each step of the process. Rick is a very skilled negotiator, and he was able to get top dollar for our home and greatly exceeded what the other agents would have gotten. Now that I've seen how Rick works, I know what to look for in future agents. This is a level of service that is truly superior. I would highly recommend Rick for all your real estate needs. Gary H.

Rick was able to help me maximize the sale of my grandparents' home and bring the biggest possible return to the estate. With updated flooring, trash haulaway and landscaping done to the home, I was absolutely blown away with the finished product. I had been visiting the house for 35 years and it was positively unrecognizable. Even though I was halfway across the country during the selling process, Rick's suggestions and advice were spot on in assisting my family. Very highly recommend working with him!

You have a choice when selecting a realtor, I urge you to select Rick & his Team. They were amazing & exceeded all of my expectations. We were the original owners of a 70 year old property, pretty much in “original” condition, where I was born & raised. Lot’s of memories. Rick was very respectful of our feelings & attachment to the property. He really cared! He gave great advice on what things to do to bring the biggest return. Rick managed the entire project on a daily basis & was always mindful of the budget … clean out, flooring, remodeling, lighting, staging etc. He even selected all of the finishes & appliances. Rick’s expertise was “right on” … we had multiple offers & sold quickly! I would NEVER consider using anyone else!

"Rick was Awesome! He was with us every step of the process.
