They made themselves available to me at any hour and were extremely prompt with follow-up. I really felt like they cared about my family and I. We was looking for a property for my daughter and grandson . I seen one and called Sonia Berg. Sonia and Rick showed us thru the property. I can’t believe how fast they set up showing . They were very helpful in the process of purchasing. We put in an offer on the home and it was accepted. This was really easy . My daughter got a really good home at a great price . She and I are so happy. Rick and Sonia Berg are a very professional Team . Since then I have been looking for houses to buy and I am calling on them to show me these homes . Every time I call them they are always so polite and willing to show me houses at anytime. . They say it is no problem cause at times I feel as if I am wasting their time . They told me sometimes you go threw a lot of houses until you finally find a home . I can tell they care .

If you want a realtor who works extremely hard for you and is knowledgeable, patient, professional and kind, look no further. Sonia Berg is one of those rare people you meet every now and then who is motivated by doing the best she can for her clients no matter what the size of the commission. She will go more than the “extra mile” for you.
Sonia Berg spent over a year helping my 85 year old father sell his 40+ year old home (a mobile home with additions built on) and 10 acres near Preemption, IL. There were 3 or 4 contracts on the home and even a couple closing dates but each time they fell through, either because the buyer’s bank wouldn’t loan money on a converted mobile home or an inspector found something major that needed to be repaired. At one point, the home had to be taken off the market while a new septic field and curtain drain were installed.
In addition to problems with the property, my Dad, who is hard of hearing and hard to understand, had never sold a home before and knew nothing about the process and had no family living nearby to readily help him get the house ready for market or move his things out.
Through all of this, Sonia never quit on my Dad as she diligently mediated between the potential buyers, the repairmen, the inspectors and my Dad while keeping me in NC apprised of every situation. Sonia became a friend of the family, even letting me know once that Dad had been taken to hospital by ambulance. She also offered to do anything she could for my Dad like picking him up from the hospital or taking him to doctor appointments if he had no other way to go.
Dad (and I) were frustrated and ready to give up several times but Sonia’s continued hard work, encouragement and problem solving abilities culminated in the closing on the home last week. Dad has now moved to Florida to live with his youngest son. Many thanks to Sonia (and her husband who is also a realtor) for making this happen.
