My husband and I were looking to relocate to the Cocoa/Merritt island area.The first house we came across that we were interested in looking at was a listing by Rick Houston.My first conversation with him I could tell immediately he would be the agent we would be working with through out our process of finding the right home for us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and and let me set the guidelines in finding our new home.From pricing to location to even small things like a fence for our Dogs.He was a pleasure to work with and very personable.He also returned my calls immediately.We were still trying to sell our home outside Orlando and had run in to quite a few problems with the buyers agent,to the buyer to the appraisal. I turned to Rick to help me handle all these issues because of his understanding of the legalities of the problems we were having.He guided me though all of the legal problems and guidelines that are set in place when selling a home as well.Rick is one of the best, if not the best person to call for all your real estate needs.Thank you so much Rick.We love our new home!!!

The process was smooth from start to finish with a very fast closing (less than 3 weeks) Rick is willing to go the extra mile to assist the seller and ensure a smooth closing. He was always very responsive to any questions or concerns and is also very knowledgeable regarding real estate on the Space Coast having lived here many years.
