But Rick persevered, and with his knowledge of the area, never gave up on us and the final result was the purchase of a home that seems to fit our price and residential needs. Rick was the seller agent when we bought our house. Our realtor was not available for the showing which is when we first met Rick. We were thankful for his non salesman- like style. Because of our prior experience with Rick, we then engaged him to sell our Beach house which was also a great experience. Rick was extremely responsive AND patient with my on-going question. But what makes Rick a superior realtor is 1) he clearly knows his industry and market and 2) his laid back approach which helped keep us level during multiple offers which instilled 100% trust in his knowledge and ability to get us the best offer. Based on his experience, Rick identified which offers were worth entertaining based on red flags of the prospective buyer or the offer itself. He also helped sort through showing feedback received to isolate valid feedback where we could take action which was not costly. This ultimately is what sold our house!
