About Rick

Rick McDowell is the founding member of The McDowell Team at Premiere Property Group, LLC. As a full-time real estate agent since 1988, he has served his clients through every type of market. His experience in residential sales covers all aspects of the sale process. Whether he represents the seller or the buyer, he has the knowledge and skills to put together the best deal for our clients.

Rick has been married to his lovely wife, Dianna, for more than 40 years. Together they have two sons, Bryan, and Jimmy, who have both started families of their own. They now have three wonderful grandchildren Liliana (15), William (8), and Grayson (5).

In his free time Rick enjoys restoring cars. In the past he has restored a 1972 Triumph TR6 and a 1947 Chevrolet Pickup.

In the winter Rick enjoys spending time on the mountain skiing. Prior to real estate, he spent 12 years in sales in the ski industry, with a few years of coaching for the Sunset High School Ski Team. And in the summer, when time allows, he also enjoys scuba diving in Hawaii.
