Rick Perez

Rick, a lifelong guitarist, singer, and songwriter, was born and raised in Visalia, California. Along with wife Rita and their 3 kids, Rick has lived throughout California moving back to Visalia twice over the course of the last 25 years, because Visalia is simply home. In 2008 Rick retired from AT&T after 30 years of service.

Rick, is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert and a Certified Investor Agent Specialist. Rick is also past president of the Visalia Breakfast Lions Club and past Lions Zone Chair.

In 2010 Rick founded The Home Alliance Team (T.H.A.T.), with an emphasis in Short Sale, Foreclosure, and Investment real estate transactions. Rick and the The Home Alliance Team now work primarily with buyers and sellers of traditional sales, but can still assist with short sales and foreclosures.
