About Rick
Rick has been active in Schuil Ag Real Estate for nearly his entire adult life. Raised in rural Tulare County, Rick developed a keen marketing and communication background by studying business at Fresno State and then venturing out with an enterprising and adventurous spirit at a young age. It’s not clear if Rick found real estate as a profession or if real estate found Rick. For nearly 40 years Rick has navigated his professional business career with The Schuil Ag Real Estate Brand as his calling card. Originally being shoulder to shoulder with his brothers Mike and Marc, the brothers developed a Real Estate company built on family values and good old fashioned work ethic. Rick has enjoyed navigating his adult life in and around the many facets of San Joaquin Valley real estate, from commercial and residential development projects in the late ’90s through the mid-2000s to now being fully engaged and leading in agricultural land sales since 2007. Rick’s leadership has led the vision for Schuil Ag Real Estate to become an agricultural real estate leading brand in not only California, but the entire Western United States. Through leveraging solid ties to agriculture and utilizing his relational skills, Rick has transacted all aspects of agricultural properties from almond, walnut, and pistachio orchards to vineyards and numerous agricultural facilities.
Rick continues to support his Fresno State Bulldogs and is active in his hometown community of Kingsburg. Rick has volunteered for the past decade as the “Voice of the Vikings,” lending his expertise on the microphone to all home Viking football games and many special events. With an agricultural foundation of family values and an eye on the future of California Agricultural Land, Rick is confident in the future of both the Schuil Ag Real Estate Legacy and the continuing of our rich agricultural heritage in the most fertile region in the world right here in the San Joaquin Valley.
