David Myers represented the sale of our Kissimmee home. We wanted to assure the best timing, so David worked with us for almost a year, sending us detailed information for sales in the area on a daily basis. He responded almost immediately every time we made contact. Once we decided on the timing and pricing, our home sold almost immediately. In addition we are planning to purchase a home in the area that better suits our needs. David has already started assisting with our search. We have purchased and sold many homes over the past 30+ years. We will only use David Myers for our real estate needs in central Florida going forward. He is absolutely the best of the best.

We listed and sold our home with Rick Winner at Ziro Realty. I was recommended to Rick by a friend who had a great experience selling their house with Ziro. The process was seamless from beginning to end, and now that my transaction has closed, I am asking myself "What's the Catch?" ... How could everything happen from beginning to end perfectly and yet there not be realtor commission fees? The conclusion I have now reached is that "There is no catch ... This is a great service from a great realtor". Rick is responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would use him again without thinking twice.

Ziro have an innovative approach to buying & selling and unique to Celebration. Why pay the Cartel commission when you can pay a fixed fee for the same service and end result. It's a no brainer! They are great at Renting as well as Sales. Can't meet a nicer Realtor than Rick.
