Highly Reccommend! When purchasing a new home you are trusting someone to guide you through one of the largest investments one will make. You want an expert in that market. I am also a real estate agent but licensed in NC. When it was time for us to move, we needed an expert in the Upstate NY market. Ricky was Phenomenal!! He guided us through the differences in what we needed in NY vs NC . For example, we were not familiar with the different types of heating systems, towns, villages, taxes etc. We needed someone to do more than show us a home. We needed his knowledge and expertise. Ricky was very attentive, personable, knowable, and a pleasure to work with.

Very professional and honest. I searched for a few real estate agents before I ran into Ricky. Every real estate agent I talked to before him did not feel right. We went to a few houses before I left to go out of state for a few months and when I was multiple states away, I still got what I wanted, for how much I wanted to spend. Rick͏ was great to work with. He was responsive and listened to what we were looking for. He found several houses to show us and got us in to several more that we found very quickly. When we weren’t able to tour in person, he set up remote tours for us. He was incredibly helpful behind just showing houses - he answered questions about the area, made recommendations based on schools, etc. We would definitely work with him and enjoyed working with him to buy our current house. Other realtors in the area working for the seller side were unresponsive, and too busy for their clientele which made me value working with Rick even more.
