Ricky is a native to the Raleigh/Wake County area. Born and raised in Eastern Wake County, Ricky graduated in 1980 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After working in the family business for several years he purchased and expanded American Floral (dba Lisa Dees Florist). As President and Director of Operations for over 28 years, Ricky grew the business into the second largest Floral Distributor in the Raleigh metro region. His company was the #1 Preferred Vendor for both FTD and 1800 flowers. (Ricky’s company was also one of only four companies nationwide selected to open the NASDAQ Stock Exchange [the ringing of the opening bell] in New York, NY in April 2008).
Since 1990, Ricky has also been active in the purchasing, managing and selling of Residential, Commercial, and Investment properties in the Raleigh/ Wake County area. His company owned and managed up to 3.5 million dollars in local Real Estate. Ricky has been a licensed REALTOR for over 25 years.

Ricky has now put together a fantastic team of Local Professionals to assist his clients in all aspects of buying, selling or building their new home (or investment property).
