After graduating in education, and majoring in French and German, it was a natural progression for me to join the foreign service, where Rina was able to serve in several different countries for 15 years. The additional training in diplomacy and negotiation, served her very well in her career as realtor on the North Shore of Chicago since 1993.
Her experience in education, living abroad and the 20 plus years practicing as a realtor, have equipped her to interact comfortably with a wide array of cultures. It has enabled her to support new agents with the necessary know how and sensitivity, to master the learning curve in becoming a successful realtor. She excels in coaching newer agents in all the facets of real estate and establishing a business.
Having been successful and ranking in the top 5% of top producers, she is well equipped to guide and mentor agents to deal with the challenges of dealing with the public, assessing market conditions, pricing and evaluating properties and being vigilant in managing the legal aspects of doing business. She is very aware of the importance of supporting agents to successfully grow their business with the necessary technology and tools of the trade. Rina strives to provide them with a home from home – a nurturing and supportive environment where they can thrive.
Her real estate career has been a very rewarding experience on many different levels. Keeping an open mind, being respectful of differences and being flexible and recognizing opportunities, have served her well in developing her business. These are also the qualities that she would like to instill in her agents. The real estate profession is a humbling but rewarding experience - it presents a constant opportunity to learn and grow.
