Rob really knows his stuff and can help you decide if a home is good fit for you. He's knowledgeable and tells it like it is!
Rob is an experienced realtor who has been around Kansas City for years and can answer lots of questions if you are new to the area. He is licensed on both sides of the state line, so he can find you a deal anywhere around town. He's done a lot of his own renovations on homes over the years also, so he knows what to look for in a house and what makes something an easy or hard fix. He really takes the time to listen to what you want and can advise you through the whole process of home shopping as to whether something will meet your needs and desires. He is not in a hurry to make a sale; rather his number one priority is making sure you get something that right for YOU, something you will not regret buying. I think this is a huge thing to look for in a realtor, because I know buyer's remorse happens a lot. That's probably why I took a VERY long time to buy my first home and I must have had Rob show me at least 20-30 different houses over the course of more than two years (Covid changed my timeline for a while!), and he stuck with me and never once got impatient. I really feel like he helped me learn how to look at houses more thoroughly and discover what was most important to look at for my own needs.
Rob is also a good negotiator and will help you make informed decisions on negotiating your sale or purchase. He will advise you while still making sure everything is totally your decision, helping ensure you are more likely to get what you want. He will tell you straight up if he thinks someone is being shady and why and knows how to work a good deal or leave a bad one.
I would definitely recommend you call Rob for your real estate needs. I used him as a buyer's agent and if I ever sell my home, I will call him up again!

Rob was great to work with, easy to get along with and an all around professional. Even though he’s a Packer’s owner, I still call him a friend and really enjoyed working with him in finding our perfect home. He was available every time we called and was careful to let us know if he had things going on that would cut into his availability for us. I doubt if we were his only client at the time, but he sure made us feel that way. I would highly recommend working with Rob and should I have a need in the future, I’ll be working with him again.
