About Rob

Rob has spent his career in service to others, working to make a positive difference in the lives of people around him though coaching, mentoring and team building. For the last few years, Rob has developed a very active and trusted real estate business representing buyers and sellers across the North Idaho Panhandle specializing in larger acreage rural properties. Most recently, Rob was recruited to join and lead the Tomlinson Sotheby’s real estate team to continue building on the excellence and service they are known for in the community. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate professional in Idaho, Rob worked in Southern California as an Executive Director for faith based non-profit agencies. Through working with a county wide team, a very successful process was created and implemented in transitioning people who were living on the streets or who were about to lose their housing into other more stable living environments. In applying his service skills to the real estate market, Rob has enjoyed partnering with families who are in transition, whether they are moving from one to home to another locally, downsizing due to need or relocating from out of the area. Buying or selling a home can be one of the more stressful undertakings in life, especially for first time home buyers, seniors needing to transition or families moving from out of state. Partnering with a knowledgeable and trusted local agent who can help families find the right home and work through the many challenges of real estate transactions can transform the experience into something much more positive and enjoyable. Rob currently serves the North Idaho community as a board member with the North Idaho Crisis Center (crisis assistance for those suffering from mental health issues), ElderHelp (assistance for seniors) and on the housing working group for the Kootenai County Homeless Coalition. Rob enjoys spending time with his family, being out in the nature that abounds around North Idaho, fishing and helping to meet the needs for those God places in his path.
