Rob Weltz

With a distinguished twenty-four-year career in education, Rob has been a
transformational leader, igniting change and fostering growth to create a culture of
collaboration and camaraderie. Now, he brings his exceptional leadership and visionary
skills to the real estate industry, helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and
selling properties with confidence and ease.

Rob is a native Vermonter who attended Bellows Falls Union High School. He holds a
Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Vermont and a Master of
Education from Springfield College. Currently, he is pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational
Leadership with a specialization in Educational Administration from the University of
North Carolina Wilmington. An avid hiker, scuba diver, mountain biker, and kayaker, Rob
believes in the importance of physical and mental wellness, enriching his ability to
connect with clients on a personal level.

After several years in Georgia and North Carolina, Rob returned to his hometown two
years ago to give back to his community. He serves as the Board Chair at Bellows Falls
Union High School and is an active member of local community organizations, including
the BPOE #1619 Elks Lodge. These roles have provided him with unparalleled
experience in governance, collaboration, and community engagement, all of which are
invaluable in real estate. Rob's skills in strategic evaluation and client-focused solutions
are now applied to the real estate sector, ensuring exceptional service for his clients.
