We had a type of home we wanted. Rob found it in a day. We were first time buyers. Any questions we had he answered or found the answer. Rob really treated us like family. He was on top of everything. Not saying it was easy, but he made it easier than if we had done this without him. Thanks Rob for everything and being so helpful and honest.

Robert Adams was a true blessing in helping us find our new home and selling our old home.
As everyone knows it's a difficult time but he certainly went above his duties to make our experience stress free.
I would definitely recommend him he always put our interest and concerns first.
It's hard to find a honest person to work with.We never felt like it was just a sale for him.

Rob is a great real estate agent.

We didn't realize how good he was until we discovered a lender discount requiring us to switch agents. The other agents were not able to look at a property and give us value based on the condition of it and the comps. Rob was, largely because he has the experience to know what it costs to do rehab, renovations, and remodeling. So, he can show you any home for sale and instantly let you know the likely costs down the road. So for instance one property had a strange feature of there being a parking lot and basketball court in the back yard. He was able to guestimate the costs of adding it to any other property with the space.

Also, no other agent was able to give us the flexibility he gave us regarding what WE wanted. Rob let us search the mls instead of the other agents who would search it for us based on what we said we were looking for. I cannot imaging having someone else tell us where we need to be going. It's ridiculous because a buyer's wants will change as they think things through, are actually faced with the question of where to be putting things, get into other details of moving, and they become aware of new home technologies (that are constantly changing). In other words, what you want at the start of your search will not be exactly what you want at the end, so having your agent find what you said initially is bound to make you unhappy.

The relator we were using in California to sell our home put us in contact with Robert. from day one Robert was on the job trying to find the perfect home for us while we were still in California. when we got to Virginia Robert had a list of homes to show us. we must have looked at at least 20 homes in one day, but my wife and I found the one we wanted. but wait there's more, from the minute we put money down on the home to secure it, Robert was in constant contact with us to make sure everything was going smoothly for us, and when we encountered any issues Robert was on the job to do what he could to get everything handled and moving forward for us. but again there is more, Robert had been instrumental in helping us get in contact with contractors for the projects my wife and I want to get done around the house. Robert in my opinion went way, way above and beyond, what a realtor normally does.

Robert's team helped me sell my father's house for him. They made the process very easy from start to finish. They were always prompt with meetings and updates. They kept their eyes on the market and adapted their strategy to match the conditions. This house was sold after the market cooled off a bit, and hardly any houses were moving at the time. Not only were they able to sell it, but they also were able to get a great deal for me in doing so. They go above and beyond. I will always recommend them.

I wish I could give Rob more than five stars! My husband and I have purchased a number of homes and our experience with Rob was by far the best. We were purchasing a condo for our daughter in an area we were not familiar with and, of course, as parents concerned with her safety. He was attentive to our needs, very flexible, informative and most importantly to us, honest, which sadly is a rarity these days. He said a number of times, he was informing us of different things about a particular property because he “tries to treat his clients as he would a family member, looking out for their best interests,” and based on his actions, he truly means it. We will definitely use Rob’s services in the future and highly recommend him!

Robert sold us a house at Lake Holiday which exactly fit our needs. He showed us five house before finding the right house. Robert was professional and very knowledgeable about the real estate market and Lake Holiday. The settlement went smoothly. Robert suggested several ways to address issues that could have potentially been an issue at settlement. Robert was able suggest local contractors to do work we needed at the home.
