Robert Bailey-Lemansky

Bob is a listing specialist (with happy buyers, too) using 2026 strategies and skills to sell in 8 counties in northern New Jersey, many with easy NYC commutes. He honors the KW Belief System (see below) every day and gets the best results by working as a team with his clients.

He is currently serving on the Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council (multiple years), and served 2 years as President of the West Essex Board of Realtors based in Montclair, NJ, and has been selling real estate for 24 years.

Bob’s patience with and sensitivity for his clients' needs are front and center, especially when working with seniors and challenging situations such as divorce.

His personal interests include music (performing and lifelong student of it), baseball, and continuing to raise his adult sons.
