I’m Robert Bittinger Jr., Managing Broker with Coldwell Banker Stuart & Watts Real Estate, proudly serving Lewisburg, Frankford, Renick, Hillsboro, Caldwell, White Sulphur Springs, Alderson, Asbury, Crawley, Ronceverte, Organ Cave, Union, Gap Mills, Greenville, Lindside, and communities throughout Southeast West Virginia. With more than 16 years of experience in residential, land, farm, and recreational real estate, I help buyers and sellers navigate the Greenbrier Valley market with confidence.
A graduate of the Robert Wade Caskey, Spruce School of Real Estate, I’ve been recognized as the Top Selling Agent in my office for 13 of the last 16 years, and I’ve served in every executive role for the Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors from 2011 to 2022. These leadership positions have strengthened my understanding of local market trends and reinforced my commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client focused service.
Before real estate, I spent 24 years in the restaurant industry, where I developed the customer service skills and communication style that now define my approach as a full time real estate professional. Helping clients find their piece of “West Virginia Heaven” — whether it’s a first home, a mountain getaway, a farm, or a parcel of land — is the part of this career I value most. My goal is to make every transition smooth, informed, and stress free.
Community involvement is a cornerstone of my life in the Greenbrier Valley. I’m the Founder and Chairman of the Feed the Need Community Food Drive, Chairman of the GVBOR Red Cross Blood Drives, an Associate Member of the Maxwelton Ruritan Club, a longtime American Red Cross blood donor, and a proud U.S. Army Reserve Veteran (Military Police). Supporting the communities I serve is both a privilege and a responsibility I take seriously.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me exploring the backroads and trails of Southeast West Virginia with my wife, Sarah, and our dogs, Lulu and Sadie — whether on foot, in the Polaris Ranger, or behind the wheel of my Mustang GT. This region is special, and I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to help others find their place here.
