From the onset of our nearly 2 and a half year journey through this crazy housing market, Team Murray has been by our side. Bob and Fran were working with us as my wife and I got married, had our first child, and now... bought our first and possibly forever home!

With the covid housing market booming and despite some very competitive offers, we were constantly outbid on houses we loved. As easy as it is to let that get you down, Team Murray kept us thinking positively.

Fran and Bob were extremely knowledgeable and very professional in the selling of our New York home. We would highly recommend them. Bob and Fran are the team you want on your side when you’re buying a home. We (the buyer) were in contract with a seller in 12/2020 and the seller backed out in 3/2021. We immediately hit the ground running again - we saw another cluster of houses again. We found one that was perfect for us - they got us in there and an offer placed within a matter of hours. We close tomorrow on this home! They stuck by our sides for the 6mos it took for us to find our house. I would hands down recommend them ANYDAY and will be seeking them out should we ever sell/buy again. Wonderful, authentic people - 10 out of 10!!! Thank you, Bob and Fran!!!

We had to find our home in two days. Robert and his wife were on it. We looked at over 20 houses and found it 😊. He didn’t waste anytime with something we didn’t like. I even called him three months after we moved in about a Plumming scare. He answered his phone and walked me through it. This husband and wife team are the absolute best. We can’t sing their praises enough.
