Robert is great! After riding around looking at new homes on our own for a few weeks, we decided it was time to downside, and move from our home of 19 years. We called Robert to help us make this happen. He helped us secure the perfect new home, and within 24 hours after listing our other home we received an offer! Robert’s guidance through this process made it go so smoothly and he was so helpful! We actually thought it would be very difficult; however, it was a wonderful experience! Downsizing and leaving a home of 19 years can be very stressful. Thanks to Robert’s guidance, his gentle and caring spirit, it was amazing!

Robert Burch assisted us in selling our 82 year old neighbors house who was moving to a personal care home.
He came to her home, took photos, made suggestions to make the home “show” better, was patient as work was completed before going LIVE.
Robert has a fantastic network: photographer, pressure washing, termite letter, and legal advice.
He was quick to respond to e-mails and texts.
Robert’s 16 years of experience in the Fayette-Coweta area helped us list at a competitive price using comparable comps. After only 3 days, Robert negotiated with the buyer to lock in an offer extremely close to the listing price.

We relocated to Georgia having no connection to the area. We had limited time to find a house in a seller's market in a popular area. Robert calmly guided us through the entire process step by step and assisted us with anything we needed. He promptly communicated whenever we reached out and was readily available no matter the time or day. He addressed any and all questions or concerns we had immediately. When issues arose with for instance getting in touch with, dealing with or meeting up with contractors, when extensions on the due diligence period were needed, or the house or property we were looking at from out-of-state had underlying problems or strings attached, he had our backs. No matter what came up, he advised us on the best course of action and he was right every time.
