His career in Real Estate grew out of a love for helping friends buy and sell homes. He’s also enjoyed buying, selling, restoring, and renovating his own historic homes. When he realized he enjoyed providing valuable Real Estate knowledge and guidance to his friends and family, he decided to make Real Estate his career. He hasn’t looked back since and has grown a successful and rewarding business.
Over the years, Robert has been able to establish himself as a Realtor providing a full range of services, assisting buyers and sellers at every price point. He prides himself on being able to work with all types of clients, whether their budget is $30,000 or $3 million.
For the past six years in a row, Robert listed and sold more homes in Pleasant Ridge than any other agent. As a resident of Pleasant Ridge for over 18 years, he has in-depth knowledge of the city and surrounding areas, including the Woodward Corridor. His expert negotiating skills and focus on customer service result in a business run almost entirely on referrals from satisfied clients.
In 2011, Robert's business continued to grow, and as a result, he placed in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide, with over $13 million in sales. His broker, Max Broock Realtors, has the distinction of being the 9th largest Real Estate broker in the country, and their Birmingham office is the highest-producing office of any broker in Michigan.
