Bob was GREAT! My wife and I are first-time homebuyers, and discovered him via his YouTube channel before even meeting him and already knew he was super knowledgeable about Bergen County. By some twist of fate we ended up being referred to him by our mortgage lender and ended up going with him over some qualified competition. We couldn't have been happier-- Bob was helpful through the entire process. He and his team were responsive to our messages, and Bob showed up at every viewing in a timely manner, giving us honest feedback on each house, voicing concerns/comments when he saw them. Throughout the buying process, if our lender was dropping the ball, Bob was able to help by applying some pressure internally, since he was an agent affiliated with our lender. He also had helpful referrals the entire way which helped streamline the process even more. At the end of it all, we ended up with a beautiful home in Dumont, perfect for a first-time homebuying couple. While some other portions of our home search could have gone better, going with Bob is one decision we would do 100/100 times if we had to do it again.

My husband and I just closed on our first home and Bob was integral in making it possible for us! Since the moment we reached out, Bob was responsive, patient and offered incredibly valuable guidance and expertise. We were kind of unsure what we were looking for when we started our house hunt, and were very particular about things we didn't want, but even in a global pandemic we were able to close on our home within three months of starting our search thanks to Bob.

He also provided recommendations for people to work with for every step of the process, all of whom were fantastic and helped us get into our home quickly and without any drama.

We couldn't recommend working with Bob more - and we will definitely be repeat customers if we decide to purchase another home in the future!

We found our dream house thanks to Bob. We must have looked at 10 houses, some were almost perfect, but Bob wanted us to find it and we did. Bob is a master at what he does. You will enjoy going around with Bob, his knowledge, perseverance and humor will win you over.
