I can’t say enough kind words about working with Robert. We originally connected a few years ago when we were casually looking around for a new home. Robert never put any pressure on us, and always made time to show us around. He is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of real estate, including legal, buildings codes, things to look for / be aware of, etc. When we decided to stop looking and rent for a while, we stayed in touch, and Robert helped us rent out our condo that we own in another town. When we were ready to buy, he helped us find the home we are currently in last summer. Robert always responded to questions within hours, even for follow up questions after we purchased our home. I honestly couldn’t say thank you enough to him for everything he has done for us. He is honest and wonderful to work with, and I have no doubt I will be calling him again!

If you're looking for a realtor who truly who listens to your needs in a home... he's your man. We were pressed to find a home within a certain time frame. Robert assisted us with urgency and was always available to talk through concerns. He was our second realtor and he really impressed us with his knowledge about codes, regulations and property value. Also, he meditated us through some trying inspection negotiations with the seller. He found us an amazing home with everything we were looking for and more. He was a pleasure to work with!
